The Band: M.A.D.I.S.O.N is a 4-piece melodic rock band from Telford, Shropshire who have been together for around 5 years.
Their Sound:
They capture a retro feel to their music with their use of stunning 3 part harmonies, a mix of vintage, classic and modern instruments and amps and an obsessive attention to detail, both in the studio and on the live stage
Genre and Influences:
When you listen to M.A.D.I.S.O.N it is easy to recognise their influences. They have captured the catchy hooks of early Queen, the rock harmonies of Bon Jovi, the quirkiness of The Darkness, the classic rock of Fleetwood Mac, and blended them perfectly with their own complex 3 part harmonies, outstanding lead guitar breaks, complemented by traditional drum and bass guitar, to create the very special sound of M.A.D.I.S.O.N Band Members:

Gigs:
M.A.D.I.S.O.N are a very active gigging band, who joke about the M.A.D.I.S.O.N Marathon weekends like the last August Bank Holiday where they played 4 gigs in 3 days! They regularly play at various venues in Shropshire and the Midlands and we are currently looking to book gigs across the UK. They play full electric or acoustic sets as appropriate. Gigs in 2011 have included music venues, festivals, charity events, and their 2012 diary gets off to a good start playing support to Gerry McAvoy's Band Of Friends (bassist of Rory Gallagher and other members of his band).
Media: M.A.D.I.S.O.N are receiving radio airplay worldwide and they had a 2 hour segment of a radio show from California dedicated to them, with an online live interview via webcam and they also performed some live acoustic songs
Releases:
M.A.D.I.S.O.N have released a single "Where Are You?" on iTunes worldwide, Amazon mp3, Tesco and all major digital stores The single on the Menu Records label (this is the website - http://www.wix.com/menurecords/madison ) and is from the forthcoming 2nd album, which they are currently in the studio recording.
